Diana Rose, LCSW
(TX LCSW #66062, MN LICSW #33736)
In our work together, my goal is for you to feel supported and empowered in your healing journey. I hope to guide you to recognize and use your strengths to make the most of your life and circumstances. I use a trauma-informed perspective that enables us to reach a level of safety in which you can process, experience emotions, and advocate for your needs. I believe deeply in the healing power of a secure therapeutic relationship between you and your therapist. I work from both a relational and cognitive lens, supporting your awareness, learning, and understanding of your mental health. Healing is a process that is unique for everyone, and I strive to join and accept you wherever you are in that process.
I graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and went on to earn my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin in 2018.
In my free time, you can find me spending time with family and friends, cross-stitching, enjoying a comedy special or podcast, or loving on my little dog, June. I appreciate art and design and love to slow down and notice the beauty we can make around us. I am a sucker for a houseplant and I am always down for a jigsaw puzzle, crossword, or sudoku.
